From sketch to finished part – we design, visualize and deliver your 3D data for printing and documentation.
If suitable CAD data is missing, we create the technical foundation for your project. Depending on the part, a sketch, technical drawing or reference component is enough to get started. You receive an approved, reusable 3D model for manufacturing, documentation or further development.
We model individual parts and technical components precisely in AutoDesk Inventor, taking function, dimensions, tolerances and the intended manufacturing process into account. Ideal for spare parts, prototypes and design modifications.
For assemblies and larger developments, we coordinate design, material selection, prototypes and production readiness as one complete project. You benefit from end-to-end support and one central contact – supplemented by a 3D scan of existing parts where required.
Dimensions, interfaces and functional details can be revised selectively. This allows the model to be developed efficiently after an initial review or when requirements change.
Before manufacturing, you review the 3D model in a clear visualization. The part can be viewed and measured digitally so that all details are aligned before final approval.
At the end of the project, you receive the agreed CAD data, for example as STEP, IGES or STL files. The data belongs to you and remains available for manufacturing, documentation and further development.
